General Director of the Marine Engineering Bureau Gennady Egorov Passed Away
On May 30, 2021, at the age of 55, the founder and CEO of the Marine Engineering Bureau - an influential design organization engaged in the design of ships in the CIS, and the leading designer of the Russian fleet Professor Gennady Egorov passed away.
Gennady Yegorov was known and valued in numerous countries. Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) and the Marine Engineering Bureau, which he headed, have a long history of successful cooperation. Until now, the Bureau has been closely involved in the design of most of the ships commissioned by the Shipping Company. The death of Gennady Yegorov deeply saddened the entire ASCO family. We respectfully honor the memory of Gennady Yegorov and express our deepest condolences to his family.
